-Selected time-and-attendance (T&A) based payroll verification as its first release area, as it is the domain with the highest frequency of exceptions and the most ambiguous standards.

The company's flagship item is WeCanSolve OS. It is an operating standard platform that designs corporate operational guidelines and replicates them as a system, ensuring that operational methods are securely maintained regardless of employee turnover. The company selected time-and-attendance (T&A) based payroll verification as its first application area, primarily because it is the domain where exceptions occur most frequently and operating standards remain the most ambiguous.
“WeCanSolve OS is a versatile operating standard platform applicable to diverse operational areas, and T&A-based payroll verification is simply our first release domain”, explained CEO Kim. “We engineered the ‘Judgment Queue’ to automatically route T&A exceptions based on pre-set operating standards, and the ‘Approval Queue’ to replicate the CEO's approval criteria, ensuring that manual reviews are only triggered when absolutely necessary.”
“While existing ERP or HR systems excel at recording and management, repetitive operational judgments are still frequently left to human personnel”, Kim noted. “WeCanSolve OS systematizes the operating standards themselves, automatically routing even exception scenarios according to predefined rules. The core objective is to eliminate the structural inefficiency of having to constantly ask the CEO or relying on the arbitrary judgment of the person in charge.”
She added, “By analyzing over 20,000 operational judgment logs accumulated across 20 different industry sectors over the past 7 years, we built a data-driven understanding of which exceptions repeat and how they are judged, actively reflecting these insights into our product design.”
OSTree is targeting multi-branch enterprises, such as medical network headquarters, as its primary market. As the number of branches increases, the absence of standardized operating guidelines directly translates into systemic financial costs. Moving forward, the company plans to expand into various industries that share similar operational structures.
“Although AI and automation technologies are spreading rapidly, many companies still rely on continuous human judgment because their operating standards remain unorganized prior to adopting automation”, said Kim. “Ultimately, our goal is to create an environment where every company's operating standards function as a live system rather than dead documents.”
OSTree is currently preparing for its Seed investment round. The company's strategy is to secure solid product validation and industry references before finalizing the round. Concurrently, it is participating in government support programs. By strategically applying for fitting programs, the company is steadily building both product reliability and public credibility. “Before showing numbers to investors, our priority is to first prove in the field that this product actually works”, Kim stated.
Regarding overseas expansion, Kim remarked, “Rather than pursuing direct overseas entry, OSTree is initially looking at expanding by targeting domestic headquarters that operate overseas branches or subsidiaries. The issue of inconsistency in operating standards occurs identically when a domestic headquarters manages overseas branches. Even if the language and borders change, the structural problem of 'judgments relying on humans due to a lack of standards' remains exactly the same. We believe that building sufficient references with domestic multi-branch headquarters and then naturally expanding to headquarters with overseas branches is the most realistic global entry pathway for us.”
OSTree is structured around two main pillars: the Execution Center personnel who directly manage corporate operations as proxies, and the team of developers and designers building WeCanSolve OS. “There is a crucial reason behind this structure”, Kim emphasized. “The operational judgments accumulated in the field by the Execution Center personnel serve as the direct source for product design, and the product, in turn, becomes a tool that elevates the quality of execution. The team is structured so that operations and the product continuously reinforce one another.”
Regarding future roadmaps, CEO Kim stated, “In the short term, we will build strong references in major industries and successfully establish the Judgment Queue and Approval Queue—the core features of WeCanSolve OS—in the market. In the mid-term, our goal is to engrave our market position as the premier company that designs operating standards, and to elevate both our product and team to the next level following our Seed investment.”
