티쉐어건설은 복합마이크로파일과 무용접마이크로파일 두 가지 혁신적인 기초공법으로 효율성과 안전성을 보장하는 기업이다. 현장 경험에서 나온 실질적인 해결력으로 건설업계의 변화를 선도하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이강수 대표(47)가 2021년 3월에 설립했다.대표 아이템은 두 가지 혁신적인 기초 공법이다. 첫 번째는 복합 마이크로파일(CMP, Composite Micro Pile)으로, 이 공법은 기존의 강관말뚝 개념을 접목해, 말뚝의 휨 성능과 전단 성능을 강화한 고성능 소구경 내진 말뚝이다. CMP는 지반이 약하거나 지진 위험이 있는 현장에서 안정적인 기초 구조를 확보할 수 있어, 국내외 토목, 플랜트 현장에서 높은 평가를 받고 있다.두 번째는 무용접 마이크로파일(NMP, Non-Welding Micro Pile)이다. 이 기술은 기존처럼 현장에서 용접을 하지 않고, 전용 케이싱 커플러를 사용하여 말뚝을 연결한다. 덕분에 시공 속도가 빨라지고, 무엇보다 용접 불꽃으로 인한 화재나 폭발 위험을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있다. 또 소형 장비를 활용할 수 있어 협소한 현장이나 안전 관리가 중요한 플랜트 현장에서 특히 효과적이다.“CMP와 NMP는 단순한 신기술이 아니라, 안전성·경제성·시공성을 동시에 확보한 ‘차세대 기초 솔루션’입니다. 실제로 LG화학, 롯데케미칼 등 국내 주요 고객사들이 우리 기술을 채택하여 사용하고 있습니다. 앞으로도 티쉐어건설은 ‘안전하고 효율적인 기초 공법’을 바탕으로 고객에게 더 나은 가치를 제공하고, 나아가 국내 건설산업 전반의 혁신을 이끌어가고자 합니다.”티쉐어건설 아이템의 가장 큰 경쟁력은 ‘현장에서 바로 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 가치’에 있다.
